SOFTWARE ENGINEER III - (7+ years experience)

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
7+ yrs of software development/enhancement/architecture experience.
7+ yrs Java, C#, C++, or similar object oriented language experience

PERSONAL AND LEADERSHIP TRAITS:
Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership skills and a team mentality
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Qualified candidates must be hard working, technically competent, possess pride in ownership and a good work ethic, have a strong desire to learn, possess good interpersonal skills and decision making/critical thinking skills, and be dynamic and adaptable to change.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
BS in Engineering or Computer Science with 0-2 years of experience or a MS in Engineering with 1 year of experience. Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
